CANCELLATION OF A CUSTOM ORDER Once a custom order is placed, they cannot be cancelled. A custom order is not returnable. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER We make every attempt to represent our colors as true to nature as possible; however, due to differences in digital photography and imaging programs, slight differences in colors may be present. Likewise, a custom color may vary slightly due to the nature of digital photography and differences in software. Customer service is our highest priority. We will make any attempt to resolve any disputes to your customer's benefit. DROP SHIPPING We are happy to drop ship directly to your customers, complete with your company's address as the return address on labels. We do not charge a drop ship fee; however we do charge for shipping and handling. Most orders ship for $9.99. Small orders may ship for $4.99, while larger orders may ship for $12.99.
